Our Clinic tops the list of Assisted Reproduction centres as published by Medical Tourism Reviews
As the published response shows the professional and friendly approach and communication skills in a patient’s mother tongue, especially in English, are the most valued aspects of our clinic’s services. Much praise and many special compliments are paid to our coordinator Ivona Joklikova for her quick responses, usually within 24 hours, her client contact skills up to a patient’s arrival at the Clinic and her guidance and assistance throughout their stay and medical procedures. Most of the reviews are written naturally by couples who have been through successful treatment programs and became pregnant and our success rates are next on their list of praises. In addition, a couple whose treatment was unsuccessful would not choose a different clinic for their next try. Following the already listed qualities of the staff the option of luxury accommodation in the hotel is also very much appreciated. The hotel is a part of the Sanatorium Tomasov complex but at the same time it brings something different to the “hospital environment”. Its great reputation is supported and upheld by the services of the reception and restaurant staff. Perhaps all patients, but oversees clients in particular, praise the affordable prices for assisted reproduction procedures at our Clinic, as well as the opportunity to enjoy their stay just like any holiday and visit our beautiful region and nearby cities (Prague, Vienna, Budapest). Even in this way they still save some money in comparison to what they would pay for such procedures in their home countries.
